Tonight, we went to Olive Garden for Momma and Aunt Heather's birthday dinner. I ate breadsticks, tomatoes, olives, shrimp and pasta. Then I had black tie mousse cake for dessert. It was all so yummy!!

Getting Tubes in My Ears

I was a brave girl today. I had to get tubes in my ears this morning. And Momma was there with the camera as always to document the event - Haha!

We had to be at the outpatient care center bright and early at 6:30am ... That's EARLY! I wore a little purple hospital gown, and I left Momma and Dadda and Aunt Heather for my procedure at 7:30am. It only took about 15 minutes, then I went to recovery. I was a little groggy after it was over, but everyone said I did great!

We had to wait a little bit before Momma and I went back.

This is my cute purple hospital gown.
The nurse gave me some crayons and paper.
Momma wanted to put this "rear view" picture up ...

Aunt Heather colored with me a little bit.
She was so nice to come with us.

The nurse and anesthesiologist (what a big word!)
took me away in a little red wagon.

One last wave before my procedure ...

This is me after I was in the recovery room ...
We had to sit here for about 30 minutes before we could leave.

I'm glad to be heading home ...

What a morning!

When we got home, I was awake and ready go to! I played all morning, ate some pretzels and a Nutri-grain bar, drank some milk, then napped at 2:00. I have also eaten a great dinner tonight. I'm back in the saddle again!

Trick-or-Treating

I went trick or treating on Halloween with Momma, Dadda and Auntie H.
"OK Momma, put me down. I'm ready for trick-or-treating!"

Trick-or-treating via wagon is a fun way to go!
Our 1st stop! Here we go!

Scary witch, but I'm OK!

Alright, the bucket is filling up ... next stop please!

Dadda takes me to the next house!

Auntie H takes me to the house after that.

Now let's go home and eat CANDY!

Mother's Day

I hope you all had a very Happy Mother's Day! I think Momma sure did! Momma and Dadda went to church on Sunday morning, I went to the nursery to play, then we all went to eat brunch with Auntie H and Keith at The Wynfrey Hotel. Dadda and I gave Momma a very pretty amethyst necklace. Amethyst is my birthstone for February. Then we went to visit Great Grandmama, Great Aunt Carmen and Great Uncle Jimmy. It was a nice Mother's Day Sunday.

Great Grandmama gave me this cute sailor outfit for my birthday.

My 1st Birthday DAY

I had such a fun 1st birthday day. Grandmama Mimi, Grandmommy and Granddaddy came to town for my party. We all ate dinner at our house on my birthday night.

Here, I'm at The Learning Express, just down the "main street" from Portrait Innovations, where we had my 1-year pictures made. I'm walking on the floor, playing with toys ... Like a big girl does!

You may also notice my great new tennis shoes. They are pink New Balances tennis shoes. Momma, Dadda and Grandma Mimi took me to get them. Thank you, Grandma Mimi!

This is my birthday shirt.

We had lunch at Zapata Mexican Restaurant. I ate, too - Yummy!

This is my birthday nap with Auntie H. Being the birthday girl can wear you out!

We forgot to take a picture of me with Momma and Dadda because they are always taking the pictures themselves!
